What are your favorite recorded a cappella tracks? “Take Me Home” by the Bubs, “Don’t Cry” and “Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking for” by Hyannis Sound, “Let Me Entertain You” by VoiceMale, “I Wish” by MIT Logs.

What are your favorite (non-UW) a cappella groups? And the correct answer is…. Hyannis Sound, The Bubs, MIT Logs, Brandeis Voicemale, UNC Clef Hangers. Also, the Exeteras.

What was the first a cappella song you ever heard? We all heard the Carmen San Diego song but the most significant for me was the Cornell Hangovers version of Semi Charmed Life (and their whole Spirit Album in general). That thing got me hooked.

Lee, Vince, and Eric Moldenhauer, alum of the UW MadHatters

What is your favorite Fundamentally Sound memory? Way too many. The birth of B-rex, DMuggz’s words of wisdom, shaving trevi’s head, Joe’s “goodbye Vince” speech, singing I believe I can fly around the swimming pool at the first ICCAs, singing the end of I believe I can fly, Gov’s roll on I believe I can fly, I believe I can fly in general, the derms andy and andy love triangle, running down and tackling a spooked krafft in order to throw him into the mute van, porto’s videos, “lee we know,” rob’s incredible bball skills, Joey’s “purple” shoes, the look on Te-Te’s face when Timmao auditioned, Stutrick’s mime show, Cam’s B on stratosphere, Zeke KILLING shout during the 08 spring show, Stu’s Mom, not Billiam, and of course, the throngs of screaming girls constantly hurling themselves in our general direction.

What was the first song you ever performed with Fundamentally Sound? For some reason, there are differing accounts of our first performance. Rest assured, the following information is 100% accurate. Our first set, performed at Open Mic at the Union was, in order, “Save Tonight,” (with some amazing choreo I might add), “You Don’t Miss Your Water,”  “Jessie’s Girl,” and “In Your Eyes.”

Have you ever won the Fundamentally Sound March Madness pool? Why is this a question? Oh I know…because cam won it once and he designed the questions.
