“Sing first; ask questions later.”
~James Housworth

What are your favorite recorded a cappella tracks? “Take On Me” (originally by A-Ha), “Down to the River to Pray” (Allison Krauss)

What was the first a cappella song you ever heard? A jazz version of Blackbird, originally by The Beatles

What is your favorite part of college? Watching paranoid humans being stalked by zombies throughout the day.

What do you like to do in your free time? Playing board games at Arby’s, eating Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, beating “Through the Fire and Flames” on Expert in Guitar Hero with my eyes closed, getting my butt kicked by people who really know how to play soccer.

What previous singing experience do you have? Choir, a bunch of musicals in high school…but mostly, the shower.

Interesting Fact: I’m the only living person on earth who hates “Don’t Stop Believin'” by Journey. Ugh.

What is your claim to fame? I have eaten three Chipotle burritos in one sitting. Completely true.

Describe an average day in the life of James Housworth:
7 AM – Alarm goes off. I have lots of stuff to get done before class….nah. *Snooze*
8:30 AM – Alarm continues to go off. Running out of time to even shower before class. *Snooze*
9 AM – Sprint into the shower, sprint to class, barely making it before the bell. Crap, forgot to put on deodorant, brush my teeth, and bring my homework with me. Dang it.
2 PM – Done with class, gonna go back to dorm and get lots of work done!
4 PM – After somehow spending 2 hours on Facebook and getting no work done, I decide it’s time for a nap.
6 PM – Rehearse with FS!
8 PM – Bible Study with Cru. Woot!
10 PM – Crap, I still have 100 pages of reading for class tomorrow.
1 AM – Done!
